This looks like it dates from when Stanley Jordan first hit national awareness. I remember seeing him on the Tonight Show.
I was reminded of Stanley Jordan a few months ago when a friend sent me a clip of Erik Mongrain. Another opportunity for "Is that humanly possible?" moments.
